What kind of game is it?
Sorry We’re Closed follows Michelle through a strange London neighborhood caught between human life and a demon world. Expect fixed-camera exploration, puzzles and first-person shooting.
The publisher describes branching conversations and multiple endings. It also lists remappable controls, aim assist and an infinite-healing option. If older survival-horror games appeal to you, those details may make this one worth a look.
How to claim the right version
- Open the official Epic listing and choose the base game. Confirm it still says Free before completing the claim.
- Sign in to your Epic account. Epic’s giveaway guidance says two-factor authentication is required.
- Check that the game appears in your library. Once claimed, Epic says it stays yours even if you download it later.
This is the Windows PC giveaway, not a console copy. Paid editions and add-ons are listed separately. Check the store’s system requirements and availability for your region.
Before you download
The game is rated Mature 17+ for violence, blood, sexual themes and strong language.
This reminder is based on the retailer listing and publisher details, rather than a play-tested review.
Epic says missed free promotions cannot be claimed afterward. Claiming on time matters; finishing the game by Thursday does not.
